Do you realize that there is a distinction between a real estate agent and a Realtor? Well, there is and I am happy to enlighten you. A Realtor pays a membership fee yearly (and it isn't cheap) to belong to the National Association of Realtors and he has to take an ethics course and pass the test. A Realtor is a professional business person that has gone the extra mile to learn about ethics in the real estate marketplace. They care enough to do this for their clients, so that they can feel safe and assured that their Realtor has their best interests in mind. A real estate agent does not have this distinction.
Our Realtor, Mike Raab, has a degree in Finance from the University of Southern California and has 40 years of Commercial Insurance experience that translates very well into the real estate profession and is very helpful for his clients. They feel the confidence he has in serving them, and they trust that he has the knowledge and experience they need to help with the most important transaction their family will do. Each client is special and he treats them the way he would want to be treated in their place.
